Hello hello, nice to see you here. Its awesome to know that people read what I write. However, I'll have to warn you that my journal is

That's right, 75% of my posts are generally about my personal life, my disguised-as-philosophical thoughts, memes, and random spurts of interest in photography. However, all my fan-fiction posts are public, so if you're here for that (which is also awesome), you don't really have to friend me for it.
Still, if you're interested in becoming friends or whatever, I'm always more than delighted to meet new people :D So please leave a message, tell me where you "found me", if we have any common interests (most of them are on my profile), or even your love for lemon-flavoured cheesecake.

However, if you want to be my LJ-friend, I'd appreciate if you at very least are able to tolerate my fandoms. I'm probably tolerant of your stuff (as long as none of it is racist, homophobic, or anything of the sort), so I'd really appreciate the same courtesy. That, and that you don't add me just for the sake of another name on your flist, it's not very nice, is it?

Title: When In Rome
Rating: K
Genre: General fluff.
Characters/Pairings: Antonio, Lovino | Antonio/the country Italy?
Summary: Human AU. Antonio finally visits the country he's been lusting after, to be met by a wonderful, (though slightly grumpy, but hey, technicalities!), and very Italian, man.
Notes: De-anon from the kinkmeme , a love story between a human-shaped being and an actual country.Technically, this goes against it by being slightly Antonio/Lovino-ish, but eh.

So I'd just like to pimp this out 8)
The results of that chibi!AmeCan and England shoot chocobo_ed , sucre_glaze  and I had! It is quite awesome, even though Jill didn't put up of the shot of her as England, smacking her butt in time with Tik Tok's parody.

I'm finally getting somewhere, direction-wise, with that Spain/Romano sequel! I am pleased~

Title: Summer Cleaning
Author: Tokene
Rating/Warnings: T? A little harmless kissing and innuendo.
Pairing(s): Lithuania/Poland. Blink-and-you'll-miss-it Canada/Ukraine.
Prompt: "Cleaning the house together, Lithuania/Poland"
Notes: Modern-day setting, where Lithuania and Poland live together. 3.1k words of pure fluff.

"At least the bathtub and walls and junk are like, totally clean now, right?"Collapse )

Title: In Keen and Quivering Ratio
Rating: K
Genre: Uh. idk. Angst? A-Walk-Down-Memory-Lane?
Characters/Pairings: Canada, America | No pairings
Summary: Canada's decade of double-life-living as just another guy who plays hockey is disrupted. By himself, and time.
Notes: De-anon from the kinkmeme (I'm starting to wonder if I'd write at all if not for that place), something with a Nation or Nations enjoying themselves outside of politics.

"They're getting curious, Alfred."Collapse )

I have this sudden, huge craving to read The Taming of The Shrew, Hetalia-fied. I could have sworn I saw it somewhere on the kinkmeme...

If not, then I'll just have to write it, won't I? ;D I can't quite decide between Spamano and PruHun for Katherina/Petruchio. Either way, it's going to be this utterly odd version of The Taming, and I probably won't stick to the ending (I cannot see either Romano or Hungary being "tamed" by Spain or Prussia. Just... Pfffft. No.) but...

Oh god. Just thinking about it makes me want to laugh delightedly at all the possibilities.

If you know the story, please drop a me a note with your thoughts? :DD

Literature classes will never be the same again.

Title: The Root of It
Rating: NC-16 (Gory imagery)
Genre: Uh. Gore? Somewhat. Historical too.
Characters/Pairings: China, Japan | No pairings
Summary: Japan is fiercely convinced that what he's doing to China is what's right and good for the country.
Notes: ... I honestly don't know. Written withinuyashacooks  in mind, when she asked for Imperialist!Japan, with Kiku being purely, well, imperialistic.

Quite morbidly, China wonders if a human would have died by nowCollapse )

Title: Sunshine
Rating: K
Genre: 100% pure fluff.
Characters/Pairings: Germany, Italy. | GerIta
Summary: Italy sings Germany a song while working. As does everything else Italy does to Germany, it distracts him considerably.
Notes: Deanon from the kinkmeme again, prompt was for a fic where one nation sings "You Are My Sunshine," to another nation.

You are my sunshine, my only sunshine, you make me happy, when skies are grey.Collapse )

Title: Good Deeds
Rating: K
Genre: Family?
Characters/Pairings: Finland, Sealand, Sweden, Hanatamago. No pairings.
Summary: Its always hard explaining death, even (especially?) for Nations.
Notes: Mild warning: Character death, kinda. Not really. But still kinda.

We'll die some day too, right?Collapse )

It looks like this is fairly unavoidable :/

[info]tokene  will be on semi-hiatus until further notice.

Between History essays and CRAC and classes which tire you out, I don't find myself having much time for LJ anymore :/ Not to say that I won't come back once in a while, but uh. I probably won't post much, or comment much. Let's hope that the workload clears up, yes? Hopefully when things start to run smoothly.

Until then, take care, alright?
